Shipping Policy
All items are shipped using UPS Ground shipping or Priority Mail. Orders are normally shipped within one work day. If items are on backorder, they will be shipped within five working days.
Shipping and handling charges are outlined in the following table:

Return And Guarantee Policy
Any item may be returned within thirty days for any reason as long as it is in original, unused condition. You will be refunded the cost of the item. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Items not in original, unused condition will have a 50% restocking fee. Gloves also have a one year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Rotortwin batting tees have a thirty day manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Please contact us before returning any item. Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
To do our part in preserving the environment, all products are shipped in recycled containers.
